About
Established in 2026, the Vienna office represents the Foundation as Observer to the UN Office at Vienna, the OSCE and other intergovernmental organisations. Ms. Tierra Sydnor-King leads the Foundation’s presence in Vienna.
The office follows the UNTOC review process, the crime and drug policy agenda, and security dialogue in the OSCE region.
Functions
- Represents the Foundation at UNOV, the OSCE and UNODC processes
- Follows the UNTOC review and Firearms Protocol dialogues
- Coordinates the Foundation’s engagement across Vienna-based bodies
