More than 1,000 children and youth from over 85 countries joined the Foundation’s first Debate Competition, building negotiation, debate and public speaking skills.
The competition ran in Asian Parliamentary and British Parliamentary formats, free of charge and open to school and university students worldwide. More than a thousand participants from over eighty-five countries took part in its first edition.
Programmes like this one form the educational core of the Foundation's work, introducing participants to multilateral negotiation, consensus-building and public speaking in realistic settings.
