Tierra Monique Sydnor, the Foundation’s Observer in Vienna, delivered a statement at the 2026 Third Supplementary Human Dimension Meeting of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe.
The Office of the Observer in Vienna represents the Foundation to the United Nations Office at Vienna, the OSCE and other intergovernmental organisations. Its establishment extended the Foundation's permanent presence beyond New York and Geneva into the third major seat of multilateral diplomacy.
The Foundation holds accreditations and observer arrangements across the United Nations system, which allow its representatives to take the floor in intergovernmental meetings. Interventions are prepared by the Secretariat and, where applicable, coordinated with the Major Group for Children and Youth, whose constituency the Foundation regularly represents.
