We must do our work, the right way.
We believe that ethical principles are fundamental to our mission and vision.
We hold ourselves to the highest standards, ensuring that every decision and action aligns with our core values and serves the best interests of our global community.

We maintain an independent Inspector-General and Ombudsman, appointed by voting through the individual members of the Foundation.
procedures and mandates
Our commitment to ethical business.
-
Governance & Accountability
Our Board of Trustees actively oversees our efforts to uphold ethical standards. They ensure that our policies are effectively implemented and that we are accountable for our actions. Regular audits and reports are conducted to monitor compliance and assess the effectiveness of our measures. -
Reporting Mechanisms
We have established clear and confidential reporting mechanisms for employees, partners, and stakeholders to report any suspected unethical practices. We will not retaliate, nor tolerate such behavior, against any individual for reporting or investigating a concern or complaint of good-faith. -
Training & Awareness
We provide extensive training programs for our employees and partners to raise awareness about ethical business practices, conflict of interest, transparency, and the importance of reporting any unethical behavior. -
Due Diligence & Risk Assessment
We conduct comprehensive risk assessments and due diligence processes to identify and mitigate potential ethical issues within our supply chains. This includes evaluating suppliers for compliance with labor laws and ethical standards.

Everyone gets a seat at our table.
No exceptions.
We pride ourselves on fostering a diverse and inclusive environment where every individual is valued and respected.
- We utilize blind recruitment techniques, ensuring that applicants are not discriminated from their backgrounds.
- New employees receive comprehensive onboarding that includes training on our diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) policies.
- We support various employee resource groups (ERGs) that provide a sense of community and a platform for employees from different backgrounds to voice their perspectives.
- We encourage open dialogue through regular town hall meetings, anonymous feedback channels, and open-door policies.
documentation of compliance REQUIREMENTS
Our key tenets of business.
Doing what is right, always.
Our strong commitment to ethics is reflected in our transparency, accountability, and dedication to fostering a culture of integrity.
Henceforth, the Foundation publishes, and reviews, documentation that outlines our stance and policies on major issues of ethical business and compliance. These documents are updated in an annual or biannual basis by the Inspector-General, with advice and consent through the Board of Trustees and the Governing Body of the Foundation.
